No ordinary strategist.
Cordila Jochim is the founder of CORHOUSE, a strategy and growth consultancy rooted in rigorous core alignment. Cor’s specialty is bringing clarity, process, and executional excellence in order to help bring bold visions to life. This approach has shifted the fortunes of individuals and organizations, transformed the lives and businesses of clients, and has inspired a multitude of true believers.
Cor learned the art of storytelling and mythological typecasting first-hand as an actor, writer and producer in Hollywood. She then took her new-found learning in brand to launch internationally known and award-winning luxury accessories brand, THICKSKIN. It all came to a halt when Cor's two traumatic brain injuries caught up to her and left her bed-bound for eight years.
Physically impaired but neurologically in tact, Cor launched a product line for BabyLegs, a $5M Seattle-based infant, toddler, preschool fashion line and was a founding executive member of Agio, an MSP and Cybersecurity provider to the world's leading hedge funds, taking it to over $25M in revenue in five years.
Through tenacity and grit, Cor found her own path to healing and now inspires thousands with her story of life resurrection. In her process of coming back to life, Cor took over running the Lean In Seattle Chapter, driving 1900% growth in 2 years to over 4500 members and co-founded Lean In Women Veterans with LtCol Erika Cashin. The work the two did facilitated a viral campaign highlighting the service of women veterans called #IServed and paved the way for a permanent change in the Transition Assistance Program for veterans transitioning out of the military.
Known for fearlessness and never giving up in the face of adversity, Cor mobilizes others to make big, bold changes in their lives, workplaces, and the world. Often called a modern-day preacher, Cor's passion and conviction that each individual is a unique creative life force here to be unleashed in the world in a powerful way lights fires in people wherever she goes.
The outcomes of Cor's strategy and methodology, whether personal or professional, are remarkable and always result in growth, increased personal and business performance, and cultural movements on the national and global stage.
Through daily and weekly treatments, Cor is still standing and enjoys a life out in the world. She developed a healing kit for those also coming back to life after trauma (available on this site) and is working on a prompted journal to walk people through a path to healing. She also developed ARCHETYPES OF STYLE, an identity intelligence experience designed to encourage people to embrace the unique story within.
Cor is an Alignment Strategist working in the functional areas of brand, culture and business strategy. She holds a Communications degree from Washington State University and the University of Bonn, Germany.
We base our values on Colossians 3:23
Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord.
This means we work with:
I N T E G R I T Y
AN UNCOMPROMISING STANCE
Our reputation is everything. As is yours. Our choice is to run the plumb-line of integrity. Every time.
E X C E L L E N C E
A RELENTLESSLY HIGH BAR
We hold ourselves to a high standard. Some might say unreasonably high and we're fine with that. It is uninteresting for us to deliver something anything less than excellent.
O U R W H O L E
H E A R T
AN UNCOMMON DISTINCTION
The working definition of wholehearted to work free from all reserve or hesitation. We like to say we're all in. We are 150% or bust.
THE SWEET SPOT.
Where business objectives, company effort, and creative meet.
HOW TO WORK WITH US
3 steps to engagement
We value each and every client we work with and have built a network of trust. See below to make a referral or request one. We look forward to working with you.
Time is our most precious commodity so we handle all our exploratory work in one meeting. We'll share with you our business results but moreover will want to know everything about what you're wanting to accomplish. If we had to assign a ratio, we'd say our meetings are 5% what we do, 5% Q&A for any questions that arise, and 90% listening to you, your vision, your goals and the work set before you.
After the meeting, we use the intel from our meeting to put together a final project plan for your review. To clear up any ambiguity here, we do not provide proposals. The project plan acts as the proposal and part of the work-product deliverables. By step 3, engagement has officially begun.
