Time is our most precious commodity so we handle all our exploratory work in one meeting. We'll share with you our business results but moreover will want to know everything about what you're wanting to accomplish. If we had to assign a ratio, we'd say our meetings are 5% what we do, 5% Q&A for any questions that arise, and 90% listening to you, your vision, your goals and the work set before you.
After the meeting, we use the intel from our meeting to put together a final project plan for your review. To clear up any ambiguity here, we do not provide proposals. The project plan acts as the proposal and part of the work-product deliverables. By step 3, engagement has officially begun.
