After the Zappos All-Hands meeting in 2010, CORHOUSE identified a UX/UI opportunity to get people to what they wanted to buy, faster. CORHOUSE developed a trademarked, mythology-based framework for identifying personal style (now used by Amazon and Zappos) as a means of discovery and decision-making, designed to increase sales and decrease the rate of return. It's a powerful differentiator not only for eCommerce but also in-store experiences which is still captures 90% of consumer purchases and is the present point of disruption.
